Elete Water versatile liquid electrolytes
Elete Water electrolyte add-in is a pure electrolyte concentrate that you add to water, any beverage or food to replace essential electrolytes that are lost in sweat or activity. Because it is in liquid form, you can custom your consumption according to conditions and your personal physiology. Very significantly, it contains magnesium which reduces the onset of cramp.

- Clinically tested and shown to be significantly more efficient for hydration versus water alone.
- Elete provides four essential electrolytes to replace all of the minerals lost in sweat, magnesium, chloride, sodium and potassium.
- Electrolytes not only prevent dehydration, but they’re critical to muscle function, nerve conduction, energy production and flow, and heart function. For the endurance athlete, a major benefit of electrolytes is that they help prevent muscle cramps, which can impede performance.
- Elete can be added to your hydration system without negatively affecting the integrity of the bladder, hose, or valve.
- Elete is a natural product, refined in Utah from natural minerals of the Great Salt Lake, USA.
- A peer reviewed paper has been published that demonstrates a person would have to drink 74% more water to stay equally hydrated than if they drank water mixed with elete- Elete is completely natural. As well as supplying the major electrolytes of Sodium, Potassium, Magnesium and Chloride it also includes over 70 other trace and ultra-trace elements
- Elete contains no colourings, flavourings or preservatives – nothing artificial
- Elete contains no calories
- Elete does not have a strong unpleasant taste
- Elete can be used to customise individual requirements for electrolytes
- Elete can be mixed with water, carbohydrates and / or protein shakes
- Elete readily dissolves in water, is easily digested and absorbed and will not cause stomach distress
- Elete’s versatile dosing makes it easy to use – prior to, during and after athletic activity
- Elete is easy to use – a 25ml ‘pocket’ bottle is sufficient to provide 10 litres of electrolyte drink
- Pure electrolyte water made with elete provides the benefits of electrolyte-fuelled hydration, but does not contribute to the growth of mould and will not leave residues or stains in water bottles or hydration packs
- Elete testimonials report that people undertaking a variety of activities including running, cycling, skiing, tennis, golf, ice hockey, soccer, rugby, sports car driving, mountaineering, hiking, yoga etc. will experience greater stamina, no cramping, greater concentration, less muscle fatigue and quicker recovery
- Elete is certified free of WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) banned substances through ongoing testing by Informed Sport
- Elete’s packaging is compact, lightweight and easy to carry and easy to store. Neither the product or packaging are harmed by the summer heat and elete does not spoil or lose potency

A study by the University of Montana’s Human Performance Lab
The effects of an electrolyte additive on hydration and drinking behaviour during wildfire suppression.
OGDEN, Utah 21/07/2009
Firefighters who drank plain water consumed 74% more water to achieve the same level of hydration as those who consumed water containing Elete Electrolyte Add-In according to a new study published in Wilderness & Environmental Medicine.
In the study, 16 wildland, smokejumper firefighters either drank water or water fortified with Elete Electrolyte Add-In. each participant was outfitted with a wireless data recording system that measured ambient, core and skin temperatures throughout the day. Body weight was recorded before and after shifts and drinking behaviour was measured.
Besides finding that the water only group drank more water than the Elete and water group, the study also suggests electrolyte water made with Elete may also reduce fatigue caused by carrying excess water weight. There were no differences between groups for body weight, drinking frequency. temperature data, activity or urine.
